The concert is from 7-9pm at Rolling Meadows High School

 

Rep class on December 11th is a dress rehearsal from 2-4pm. (Please wear your concert clothes)

Orchestra Hall Tickets for May 30th.

35th Annual Orchestra Hall Concert- Sunday May 30th.  12:45 pm at Symphony Center/Orchestra Hall: 220 S. Michigan Ave, Chicago IL. 60604. Starting with the Scholarship presentations. Tickets are priced at $25.00, and can be purchased through Patty Battaglia @ 847-382-7925. Or, any day during Rehearsal Week @ Longfellow School. Or, directly at the Orchestra Hall box office, that day.

Alumni Brunch Saturday May 29th

Alumni Brunch - 10:00 am to 12:30 pm  (FOR ONLY THOSE RETURNING ALUMNI STUDENTS), who will be performing at this year’s 35th Orchestra Hall concert, and their Brunch guests. Brunch Location: Atlantis Banquet Hall, 1273 E. Rand Road, Arlington Hgts. IL (at strip mall across from Hersey High School). Your cost for the brunch and discount Orchestra Hall tickets is $25.00. If you bring guests, their cost for the brunch is $15.00, and Orchestra Hall ticket price is $25.00, if required.

Rehearsal for the Bach Double, & Hoe Down, will follow immediately after Brunch. So, please be sure to bring your Violins!

Orchestra Hall Rehearsal Week

May 24-28 from 5:30 to 9:00 pm

Rehearsal Week- Rehearsals will be held at Longfellow Elementary School: 501 S. Arlington Hgts Rd. Buffalo Grove, IL. Rehearsals for See Saw thru Song of the Wind: 5:00-5:45PM. All other student’s rehearsals will follow, between 6-9PM. Detailed O.H. Rehearsal information sheets will be provided by your Instructors.

Deadline approaching for Orchestra Hall Program

This is a wonderful way to memorialize your child’s participation in the Orchestra Hall Concert by placing a picture, quote, or congratulations announcement in the Orchestra Hall Program.

Please consider purchasing ad-space in our 2010 Orchestra Hall Program.  This helps to defray the costs of printing the program for our concert and is a great way to memorialize your child’s participation in the concert.  Please forward this form to anyone you know who owns a business that would like to advertise to our parents and concert goers.  The deadline is May 1st.

Rand Road, Arlington Hgts. IL (at strip mall across from Hersey High School). Your half-priced tickets will be $15.00, and will include both the Brunch & Orchestra Hall concert ticket. Your guest’s Brunch cost will be $10.00 each, if required.  Saturday May 29th from 10am to 12:30 pm.
